What we collect, why, and what we don't do.

We collect what's needed to quote, fulfill, and ship orders — name, email, phone, company, shipping address, and any artwork you upload. We don't sell your data, we don't share your artwork with anyone, and we don't run a marketing email machine.

Contact information: name, email, phone, company, and shipping/billing address. Collected when you submit a quote request, place an order, or contact us.

Artwork and project files: logos, vector files, and reference images you upload. Stored to produce proofs, run production, and enable matching reorders.

Order and payment metadata: order details, line items, and high-level payment status. Card details are processed by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers on our servers.

Site analytics: standard pageview information, anonymized IP, browser, and referrer data, used to understand how the site is performing.

We rely on a small number of trusted services to run the business: a hosting and database provider for this site, a payment processor for card transactions, a CRM for managing leads, and tracked shipping carriers. Each service receives only the information it needs to do its job.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or ask us to delete your account and associated data (subject to legal record-keeping obligations for completed orders). Email us via the contact form.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep the cart and session working, plus optional analytics cookies to understand site performance. No third-party advertising cookies.
