Brief to delivery
in five clear steps.

No portals to set up. No vague turnaround promises. Here's exactly what happens between the day you send a logo and the day the box lands.

Brief

Send the spec — quantity, material, dimensions, deadline. Use the quote form or email a brief; vector artwork is ideal but we'll work with whatever you have.

If you're early in the project, tell us the use case (event giveaway, branded gift, retail product) and we'll suggest a material and finish in the quote.

Written Quote

Within one business day you'll receive written pricing with volume tiers, lead time, and any clarifying notes. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Wholesale tiers start at 25 pieces. Larger volumes unlock better per-unit pricing — we'll lay it out in the quote so you can plan.

Digital Proof

Once the quote is accepted, we produce a digital mockup of your artwork on the actual product. You see exact placement, scale, and finish before any laser fires.

Proof revisions are included until the design is right. Approved files are saved automatically for any future reorder.

Production & QC

Production runs in our studio on the machine that fits the job — fiber laser for cutting, MOPA for black-mark, CO₂ for leather and acrylic. Every piece is inspected before packing.

Standard production is 7–14 business days after proof approval. Rush options available on request.

Ship & Reorder Ready

Tracking is sent the moment the order leaves the studio. Your approved file stays on hand so the next reorder ships matching the original — no re-proofing required.
