Standard production lead time

Standard production is 7–14 business days after digital proof approval. Smaller wholesale runs and retail orders typically ship inside 7 business days. Larger runs (1,000+ pieces) and complex multi-material orders run closer to the upper end of the window.

The clock starts the day proof approval is received — not the day the order is placed. Sending print-ready vector artwork at the time of order is the single biggest thing that shortens the timeline.

Rush production

Rush is available on request and depends on current studio queue. If you have a hard deadline, mention it on the quote request and we'll confirm whether we can hit it before pricing the order. Rush production typically adds a per-piece fee.

Carriers and tracking

Domestic US orders ship via UPS or USPS depending on weight, volume, and destination. International orders ship via DHL or UPS Worldwide. Every shipment includes tracking, sent via email the moment the package leaves the studio.

International orders

We ship worldwide. International shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or import VAT are quoted separately on the order and are the responsibility of the receiving party.

Customs forms are filled out accurately based on the order value. We do not under-declare shipments — please plan for duties when budgeting an international run.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Every piece is inspected before packing and we photograph wholesale runs as they leave the studio. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at our cost.

Reorders

Reorders ship faster than first runs because the file and proof are already approved. Reference your previous order on the quote request and we'll re-quote the new run without re-proofing.
