How working with LazyLazed works.

Written quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date assuming the spec doesn't change. If quantity, material, or finish changes after the quote is issued, we'll re-quote on the updated spec. Quotes do not include shipping or applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.

Retail orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. Wholesale orders may require a deposit (typically 50%) before production begins, with the balance due before shipment. Specific terms are noted on the quote.

We produce a digital proof of every order before production. Once you approve the proof in writing (email or order portal), production begins and the order can no longer be cancelled or modified without potential cost.

Reasonable proof revisions are included. Significant artwork changes after approval may incur additional fees.

Stated lead times are estimates based on current studio queue and begin on proof approval. We make every reasonable effort to meet quoted deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by carrier disruption, customs, or events outside our control.

By submitting artwork to LazyLazed you confirm you own the rights to use, reproduce, and engrave it, or are authorized by the rightsholder to do so. We rely on this confirmation and cannot be held responsible for IP disputes arising from customer-supplied artwork.

We may display photographs of finished work as portfolio examples (e.g. on the gallery page, social media, or quotes) unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of order.

Black laser marking on stainless and copper, engraving on aluminum and brass, and scorched engraving on leather are designed to be permanent under normal use. We warranty the finish against fading, peeling, or rubbing off due to normal handling for the life of the piece.

We do not warranty against damage caused by abrasive cleaning, deliberate scratching, chemical exposure, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged in transit or doesn't match the approved proof, email us within 14 days with photos and we'll replace the affected pieces at our cost. After 14 days, replacements are subject to standard pricing.

Custom and personalized work is made to order and is non-returnable except in cases of production defect or carrier damage as described above.

LazyLazed's maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profit or lost business opportunity.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where LazyLazed is registered. Disputes will be addressed in good faith first; if unresolved, in the courts of that jurisdiction.
